“Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations.” Psalms 100: 4-5 NKJV.

From how God blesses and protects us in how He provides food, clothing, shelter and transportation, there is much to be thankful for.

The way God provides employment and gives us the ability to work; in the ways that God protects people even during natural circumstances such as in hurricanes and other storms.

He spares many lives and minimizes damage. He reduces the category of storms when the people pray! God inspires people to help and love one another through difficult times.

God is the God of second chances and new beginnings in Him.

“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”

2 Peter 3: 9 NKJV

God gives rest to the weary.

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.“

Matthew 11: 28-30 NKJV.

There is so much more. I thank God for life, salvation through Jesus Christ as well as for family, friends and you also! Every day is a day to give thanks to the Lord.
